Our team has delivered a highly detailed report exploring the development of a future common-use electric Ground Service Equipment (eGSE) pooling model for a large (c43m pax) airport. This initiative has the potential to improve operational reliability, support electrification objectives, and create a more efficient and resilient ground handling operating model.

This project was designed to deliver a comprehensive initial commercial assessment, combining external benchmarks, industry insight, and practical ground handling experience. The output will support our customer in refining its internal assumptions, understanding value creation and risk allocation, and identifying where further, more detailed analysis or engagement may add value.
