We have extensive experience in managing large aviation ground service procurement exercises, guiding clients through the entire process from document creation to RFP management, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations. Recently, we led a global RFP for 41 stations on behalf of a major international airline and have successfully executed smaller procurement projects for several other carriers.
