A recent project delivered a full ground handling start up for a service provider with a major UK leisure airline. With a project plan spanning 10 key areas- contract, airport licence, people, TUPE, Training GSE, accommodation, technology, uniform & go-live. 

Our service delivered a successful launch which saw 200 staff transfer, 150 pieces of GSE arrive on time and new IT systems implemented all to a high level of customer satisfaction.
